IRC
The developer and other knowledgeable people are usually available on IRC for quick questions or comments. Official support can be provided for cytu.be at irc.esper.net#cytube. These people can also address general questions about the software, but cannot provide technical support for third-party websites using this code.
Discord
Xaekai has created a Discord server at discord.me/cytube for community support. Critical issues (such as security problems, or "the website is down") should continue to be reported via IRC or email.
